works market
The
licensing framework in the public works sector is governed by Law No.

law establishes four types of construction licenses:

construction companies, allowing them to handle projects with budgets above
50 million XAF.

companies, permitting them to undertake construction projects ranging from
50 million to 500 million XAF.
- License B – Intended for large
construction firms, authorizing them to execute projects with budgets exceeding
500 million XAF.
